HOW TO ORDER

By e-mail to aroma@naturalsense.com.  Simply type up your order in an e-mail body text style, list your products in readable format - for example:

Some of our customers create an order sheet of their own either in a Word or Excel Spread Sheet and merely attach the document to an e-mail.  When placing your order via e-mail, please identify yourself: your business name, your personal name, your mailing address, your shipping address, your phone numbers (day, evening, cell).

If you order via e-mail or fax we will honour a 2% discount on all items - even over and above items already on sale.

By fax to 905-623-5608.  Follow the same readable format as for the e-mail.

By telephone call to 1-888-tea-tree (1-888-832-8733) or 905-697-2424.  Order desk is open 9:30 am - 2:30 pm eastern central time Monday - Friday.  We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Return Policy - Due to the nature of our products we do not accept product returns.

Wholesale Orders - All prices are in Canadian Dollars - Minimum order is a $75.00 sub total (before taxes, shipping and after discounts).  A $15.00 service charge will be placed on all orders under the $75.00 minimum.

Retail Orders - All  prices are in Canadian Dollars - Minimum order is a $20.00 sub total (before taxes, shipping and after discounts).  A $10.00 service charge will be placed on all orders under the $20.00 minimum.  For orders with a sub total over $140.00, they will be processed as a wholesale order and given wholesale pricing.

Shipping Charges are as follows via CanPar Courier to Most  Destination in Canada:
Within Ontario - 0 - 10 pounds - $9.90 (includes GST)
                         11 - 20 pounds - $12.79 (includes GST)
                         21 - 30 pounds - $15.68 (includes GST)
                         31 - 40 pounds - $18.57 (includes GST)
Outside Ontario - 0 - 10 pounds - $18.68 (includes GST)
                           11 - 20 pounds - $22.71 (includes GST)
                           21 - 30 pounds - $26.74 (includes GST)
                           31 - 40 pounds - $30.76 (includes GST)
Continental USA via CanPar Courier to the boarder then picked up by Fedex.
                            0 - 10 pounds - $19.61
                            11 - 20 pounds - $25.96
                            21 - 30 pounds - $34.56
                           31 - 40 pounds - $43.59
Multiple boxes or shipments weighing more then the flat rates listed above will be quoted at the time of invoicing.  If it is required that your shipment be sent via Canada Post because you are outside of our flat rate shipping areas then we quote a rate at the time of invoicing.

How to Pay - We will create an invoice and let you know the exact total.  Please note: We must receive payment before we ship the goods.  We accept world wide - Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.  If you are outside of Canada then the currency exchange will be done through your credit card provider.  We also accept Interac Email Money Transfers Canadian Banks only.  Business Cheques Canada Only.  We accept Postal Money Orders.  If you are outside of Canada the payment must be in Canadian Dollars. 

Damaged Goods During Transport - If goods are damaged during transport and there are visible signs of damage to the box for example the box is wet and or stained due to product leakage and there is a strong aroma as it something has leaked, and or the box is crushed or looks as though it has been tampered with, then it shall be your responsibility to refuse the package.  Insist that the box be returned to the sender.  If you accept the package, open it and then find any damage to the contents, please contact our office immediately to report the damage.  Do NOT discard the damaged goods and or destroy the packaging and box that the goods came in.  In most cases if we need to file an insurance claim with the courier company then and inspection agent will need to see the damaged goods and packaging.

Out of Stock Items - We will do our best to inform you at the time of your order.  We regret that we cannot track back orders.  We advise that you check at a later date and re-order your item.  Our minimum order policy does not apply when re-ordering out of stock itmes.  We will ship your back order freight free up to 10 lbs.
