Simply type up your order in an e-mail body text style, list your
products in readable format - for example: If you order via the order form button on the left side of your screen, by email or fax we will honour a 2% discount on all items - even over and above items already on sale. By fax to 1-888-298-4037. Follow the same readable format as for the e-mail. By telephone call to 1-888-tea-tree (1-888-832-8733) or 905-697-2424. Order desk hours vary. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Return Policy - Due to the nature of our products we do not accept product returns. Wholesale Orders - All prices are in Canadian Dollars - Minimum order is a $75.00 sub total (before taxes, shipping and after discounts). A $15.00 service charge will be placed on all orders under the $75.00 minimum. Orders that have a sub total (before taxes, shipping and after discounts) of $500.01 or larger will received an additional 3% discount on all items. Retail Orders - All prices are in Canadian Dollars - Minimum order is a $20.00 sub total (before taxes, shipping and after discounts). A $10.00 service charge will be placed on all orders under the $20.00 minimum. For orders with a sub total over $140.00, they will be processed as a wholesale order and given wholesale pricing.

How to Pay
- We will create an invoice and let you know the exact total.
Please note: We must receive payment before we ship the goods. We
accept world wide - Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If you are
outside of Canada then the currency exchange will be done through your
credit card provider. We also accept Interact Email Money
Transfers Canadian Banks only. Business Cheques Canada Only.
We accept Postal Money Orders. If you are outside of Canada the
payment must be in Canadian Dollars.
All orders must be paid for within 30 days of ordering.
If payment is not received, the order will be
voided. Damaged Goods During Transport - If goods are damaged during transport and there are visible signs of damage to the box for example the box is wet and or stained due to product leakage and there is a strong aroma as it something has leaked, and or the box is crushed or looks as though it has been tampered with, then it shall be your responsibility to refuse the package. Insist that the box be returned to the sender. If you accept the package, open it and then find any damage to the contents, please contact our office immediately to report the damage. Do NOT discard the damaged goods and or destroy the packaging and box that the goods came in. In most cases if we need to file an insurance claim with the courier company then and inspection agent will need to see the damaged goods and packaging. Out of Stock Items - We will do our best to inform you at the time of your order. We regret that we cannot track back orders. We advise that you check at a later date and re-order your item. Our minimum order policy does not apply when re-ordering out of stock items. We will ship your back order for half off the standard shipping charge, up to 10 lbs. |
